Return/refund/cancellation policy

Please read these carefully

Range bay bookings and Sky Trak bay bookings

We have a strict cancellation policy to give all other clients a fair chance at booking the slot that suits them.

 

Please make sure you read and understand the full terms and conditions highlighted below. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

 

  • If the client books a slot and doesn’t turn up to the bay booking, the client will lose a booking on his or her package or pay in full for the price of the bay booking.

 

  • If the client cancels or moves with less than 24 hours notice, the client will lose a booking on his or her package or pay in full for the price of the golf booking.

 

  • If the client purchases a package, the client must have taken the bay bookings by the end of the expiry date. If the bay bookings are not taken, then the remainder of the package will be lost. Our packages usually have an expiry of 12 months from the day of purchase.
Golf Lessons

We have a strict cancellation policy to respect the golf coaches and members time, and to give all other clients a fair chance at booking the slot that suits them.

  • If the client books a slot and doesn’t turn up to the golf lesson, the client will lose a lesson on his or her package or pay in full for the price of the golf lesson.

 

  • If the client cancels or moves with less than 24 hours notice, the client will lose a lesson on his or her package or pay in full for the price of the golf lesson.
  • If the client purchases a package, the client must have taken the golf lessons by the end of the expiry date. If the golf lessons are not taken, then the remainder of the package will be lost. Please note, during busy times our golf coaches are booked up 2-3 weeks in advance, so it is important that the sessions are structured and booked up with the expiry date in mind. Our packages usually have an expiry of 12 months from the day of purchase.

All packages must be paid for in full at least 24 hours before the first lesson.
